Elsagility is a trading name of Jbeb Peri, LLC, a limited liability company formed in Delaware, United States, at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713-4305, United States. Jbeb Peri, LLC is the controller of the personal data described here.

For any question about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights below, write to geoffroy.tamburro@elsagility.com. That address reaches a person, not a queue.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. We are not a public authority, our core activity is not large-scale monitoring, and we do not process special-category data at scale, so the statutory triggers for appointing one do not apply. The address above is the contact point regardless.

When you submit the demo request form, we collect the name and work email address you enter, and the free-text details you choose to give us about how many clients you run and what is not working today.

Only a name and an email address are required, and only because we cannot reply without them. Everything else on that form is optional, and leaving it blank costs you nothing — we will ask on the call instead. There is no statutory or contractual obligation to give us any of it.

When you write to us directly, we hold that correspondence for as long as it takes to have the conversation and to keep a record of what was agreed.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical request data — IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp — as a necessary part of serving pages and protecting the service from abuse.

We do not use advertising cookies. We do not run third-party analytics. There is no tracking pixel on this site, no session recording, and no advertising network receives anything about your visit. Because we set no non-essential cookies, there is no consent banner to click through.

To reply to your demo request and work out whether the product fits how your team actually works. Where consent is the applicable basis, submitting the form is that consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your details.

To take steps at your request before entering into a contract, where that is what our exchange amounts to.

To operate and secure the website. The legitimate interest here, named rather than left implied, is running a site that stays available and is not abused — weighed against your interests on the basis that request logs are short-lived, are not combined with anything else, and are not used to build a profile of you.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use it to train machine learning models.

We make no decisions about you by automated means, and we do not profile you. Nothing on this site scores, ranks or segments visitors, and no automated process determines whether we reply to you.

Inside the product itself, a model proposes changes to your own records and a person on your team accepts or rejects each one. There is no auto-apply. That is a product behaviour rather than a use of your personal data by us, and it is described on the product page.

Demo requests and related correspondence are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and no more than 24 months after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we are required to keep them longer.

Server request logs are retained by our hosting provider on their standard schedule, which is short and measured in days rather than years.

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and serves it from its global network, which means it processes the technical request data described above.

Microsoft Corporation provides the mailbox behind our elsagility.com address, so anything you send us by email — and anything the demo form leads us to send you — is processed there.

These providers act on our instructions for the purpose of running the service. We add no processors for analytics, advertising or profiling, because we do none of those things here.

We are a United States entity and our providers operate globally, so personal data you send us may be processed outside your own country, including in the United States.

Where a transfer mechanism is required for data originating in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on the standard contractual clauses incorporated into our providers’ data protection terms. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply to a specific transfer.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our using it, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to geoffroy.tamburro@elsagility.com and we will respond within one month. We do not charge for this and we will not make it difficult.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing it does not affect the lawfulness of anything we did before you did.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in the EEA, your national data protection authority; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would rather you came to us first, but nothing requires you to.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing — we do neither, so there is nothing to opt out of. Exercising any right will never affect how we treat you.

The site is served over HTTPS only and sends the usual hardening headers. The demo form posts to our own endpoint rather than to a third party.

Access to what you send us is limited to the people who need it to reply to you, which today is a very small number of people.

This is a business product and the site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy we will update the date below. Material changes will be described rather than folded in silently.
